The main activities of RAGNIT Ltd., including the period beginning of the 90s of the last century, were export deliveries of lumber, and since the 2000s, strategic management of investment projects. During this period, marketing research of the small vessels shipbuilding market was carried out, negotiations were held with the largest engineering companies of the EU, the Russian Federation and China, conditions were created for the implementation of investment projects in the field of metalworking, shipbuilding and airship building (RVK products).With the participation of specialists from the design bureau, design work was completed and models of ships and airships were created. Much attention to the investment project in the field of superheavy airships /RVK products/ was shown at the "VIII International Exhibition of Equipment, Technologies and Armaments of the Ground Forces in Omsk in 2009" (VTTV-Omsk-2009) where the SHA-2000 super-heavy airship model was demonstrated 2000 tons.

At present, RAGNIT Ltd. is actively working on the final stage of pre-project activities of the first project – "Technology park "Kaliningrad". An integral part of the project is an industrial metalworking complex and a compact shipyard for the construction of small vessels for various purposes. For the basic model of a small vessel, the model of the project SFB-2000 /Small fishing boat-2000/ was adopted. A preliminary Technical Requirement (TR) for the engineering design of the industrial zone was developed under the project "Technology park "Kaliningrad".

It is supposed to begin the basic preparatory construction work for the construction of the "Technology park "Kaliningrad" in the I quarter of 2024. The maximum design capacity of the compact shipyard is up to 400 small size vessels of the SFB-2000 project per year. The capacity of the industrial metalworking complex is up to 25,000 tons of rolled metal processing per year. During the implementation of the "Technology park "Kaliningrad" project, the most advanced technologies in the field of metal processing, automation and robotization of production processes and in-plant logistics will be applied.

Given the special geopolitical location of the Kaliningrad region, the supply of finished products will be carried out both on the markets of the European Union, and on the domestic market and the markets of the countries of the Customs Union. The project "Technology park "Kaliningrad" meets the requirements of the Federal Law "On the Special Economic Zone in the Kaliningrad Region" and allows you to use all the benefits provided by the Federal Law.
